Shipping - Canada & US 

Andromeda provides complimentary insured shipping on all jewellery order over $500 within Canada and the United States. Every shipment is fully insured for added peace of mind, and a signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

For US Orders:
Taxes and duties may apply to shipments entering the United States. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. The shipping carrier will typically not release the package until all applicable fees are settled.
 
International Shipping

Andromeda offers insured international shipping on all jewellery orders to our customers worldwide.  A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your order arrives securely. Please note the following terms apply to all international orders:

• Our price and shipping fees do not include import duties, taxe, or other customer charges. Customers are  responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other associated fees that may be levied by the destination country.
• Please be aware all international shipments can be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
• Information about your order, shipment and products contained within the shipping box may be communicated to any and all shippers and customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.
• Andromeda is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs procedures.

Other Shipping Information

• Andromeda Jewellery is not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates it has been delivered. 

• If a package is returned to us for any reason, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

• All costs incurred due to a refused delivery—whether from high customs or brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or restrictions imposed by the destination country—are the responsibility of the purchaser.
