How We Work With You
Initial Consultation
Fill out the Bridal jewellery inquiry form , and our consultant will get back to you within 2 business days to set up a virtual appointment. We will provide a comprehensive diamond education and discuss the initial ideas. Appointments generally take between 15-30 minutes.
Stone Selection
We walk each client through the stone selection process step by step, from what to look for (the four “C” s) to the best options available by budget. Unlike a typical jeweller, we don't own any stocks so we can utilize a network of diamond wholesalers to present you with the best diamonds options at the best prices. Our in-house gemologist will custom curate a diamond selection based on the diamond criteria and budget you set.
Design
Choose a ring setting from our engagement collection or create your custom engagement ring. Based on your request, we provide 2 to 3 versions of ring designs for you to choose from and discuss any changes that you'd like to make, or even better, no changes at all. Once the design is confirmed, we will send you a 3D rendering image of the jewellery to show you how it should look like in real life.
Jewellery Creation
Your ring is handcrafted by our highly experienced bench jewellers locally in Vancouver. Once the piece is completed, your finished piece is wrapped and packaged in our signature Andromeda packaging and delivered to your door.
