How We Work With You
1. Initial Consultation
Start by filling out the Bridal Jewellery Inquiry Form, and our consultant will reach out within 2 business days to schedule a virtual appointment. Or, if you prefer, you can book a virtual appointment directly with us.
During our 30-minute appointment, we’ll get to know you—your story, style, and what you’re dreaming of. We’ll also walk you through the essentials of diamond and gemstone selection, so you feel informed and confident every step of the way.
2. Stone Selection
This is where the magic starts. We'll guide you through the stone selection process, explaining what to look for and how to balance beauty, quality, and budget.
We source from a trusted network of diamond and coloured gemstone wholesalers to bring you the best selection available. Whether you’re after a classic white diamond or a unique coloured stone, we’ll help you explore the options that best match your criteria.
Our in-house gemologist will curate a personalized selection based on your preferences—so you’re never overwhelmed, only inspired.
3. Design
Choose a ring setting from our signature engagement ring collection or create your own custom ring.
Based on your request, we’ll present 2 to 3 design options for you to choose from and discuss any changes that you'd like to make, or even better, no changes at all. Once your design is confirmed, we’ll share a 3D rendering image or video preview, so you can visualize your finished piece before production begins.
4. Jewellery Creation
Once the design is approved, your ring is handcrafted by our highly experienced bench jewellers, using only high-quality materials.
When the jewellery piece is ready, your finished piece is wrapped and packaged in our signature Andromeda packaging and delivered to your door.
If you’re in Vancouver, BC, Canada, we also offer local pick-up - we love meeting our clients in person when we can.
