Step 1:
Initial Consultation
Fill the Bespoke jewellery inquiry form to share with us what jewellery piece you want to design. Our consultant will get back to you within 2-4 business days to discuss the next steps. We then set up a virtual appointment to find out more in-depth details about your design concept, your story behind this unique jewellery piece, as well as your ideal spend. Appointments generally take between 15-30 minutes.
Step 2:
Design Concepts
Based on your request, we provide 2 to 3 versions of designs for you to choose and discuss with you any changes that you'd like to make, or even better, no changes at all. Once the design is confirmed, we will send you a 3D rendering image of the jewellery to show you how it should look like in the real life.
Step 3:
Jewellery Creation
Our highly experienced bench jeweller create your jewellery piece locally in Vancouver, transforming your vision into reality. Once the piece is completed, your finished piece is wrapped and packaged in our signature Andromeda packaging and delivered to your door. Your jewellery will arrive in a receipt, evaluation and gemstone or diamond certificate if it applies.
