Return & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order pieces and personalized pieces, including: eternity bands, bridal collection jewellery and engraving jewellery.
For other jewellery pieces, we will happily exchange an item for a different size within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note size exchanges for gold rings may incur a fee. Postage to send an item back for an exchange will be at the customer’s own expense. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sales and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Additionally, items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds will not be accepted simply for a change of mind, so please consider your purchase carefully. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to contact us at info@andromedajewellery.com — we're happy to help.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, all Andromeda jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging. We reserve the right to reject any items that show signs of wear or damage. If an item is returned in less than original condition, we may issue a partial refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of its status and whether your exchange or refund has been approved. Andromeda Jewellery reserves the right to approve or decline any return request due to the unique nature of our pieces. If approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within seven business days.In the event that an item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund will be issued.
Warranty
All Andromeda Jewellery pieces come with a 90 days warranty from the purchase date (proof of purchase must be provided), covering all manufacturing faults. Please note that manufacturing faults do not include: damage or wear and tear, oxidized or fading plating, broken chain, cracked or broken stones or pearls, or bending of rings or earrings etc.
Repairs
We offer complimentary repairs for manufacturing defects reported within 90 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. We reserve the right to decline repair requests if we determine the damage was due to misuse or intentional damage.
If you need a repair after 90 days, we are happy to repair your piece for an additional charge, plus shipping & handling. For all repair inquiries or concerns about your jewellery, please contact us at info@andromedajewellery.com.
In rare cases where a manufacturing fault is confirmed by our jewellers, a full refund may be issued, and the cost of return postage will be reimbursed.

Resizing
The first resizing and shipping both ways are complimentary on all of our engagement rings and wedding bands within the first 3 months of delivery. Please contact us so we may assist you with this.
