Order + Production Lead Time

Made to order items will ship within 4-6 weeks unless otherwise specified. Once your order has been sent, we will email you with tracking information. If your order is a rush, please email info@andromedajewellery.com and we will do our best to prioritize your order.

Return & Exchanges

We will not accept exchanges or return on made-to-order pieces and personalized pieces, including: eternity bands, bridal collection jewellery and engraving jewellery. For other jewellery pieces, we will happily exchange an item for a different size within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note size exchanges for Gold rings may incur a fee. Postage to send an item back for an exchange will be at the customer’s own expense. Due to hygiene reasons, please note that earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded. Exchanges and refunds will also not be given on any discounted designs purchased.

Refunds will not be accepted simply for change of mind. Please consider this prior to placing your order. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team at info@andromedajewellery.com for any questions you may have before making a purchase.

To exchange or receive a credit for your purchase, all Andromeda jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging. We will not exchange goods that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is not returned in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund will be issued.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Andromeda Jewellery has the right to approve or reject every return due to the individual nature of each item. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

In the event that an item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund will be issued.

Warranty

Andromeda items come with a 90 days warranty from the purchase date (proof of purchase must be provided), covering all manufacturing faults. Please note, manufacturing faults do not include: damage or wear and tear, oxidized or fading plating, broken chain, cracked or broken stones or pearls, or bending of rings or earrings etc.

Repairs

We guarantee our peces for 90d days from date of purchases. In this case, proof of purchase must be provided. Manufacturing faults do not include: damage or wear and tear, oxidised or fading plating, broken chain, cracked or broken stones or pearls, or bending of rings or earrings etc. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. In order to maintain your jewellery in perfect condition, we recommend following our care instructions.

If you need a repair after 90 days, we are happy to repair your piece for an additional charge plus shipping & handling. In the unlikely event you experience a problem or concern with your jewellery, please contact us immediately by email service@andromedajewellery.com so we may promptly assist you.In the rare case of faulty items, a refund can be given upon inspection of the item (conducted by our jewellers), and the outgoing postage will be refunded.

Resizing

The first re-sizing and shipping both ways is complimentary on all of our engagement rings and wedding bands within the first 6 months of delivery. Please contact us so we may assist you with this. We will email you with a complimentary return label to send back your ring for resizing. Please save your original packaging and send it back to us in its original, secure packaging to ensure no damage is done during transit. We are not responsible for damage done during transit back to us, and it is very important you properly package the ring up the way you received it.
