BESPOKE WARRANTY
At Andromeda, we take pride in crafting jewelry designed to last, and we stand behind the quality of our pieces. Andromeda Jewellery offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all bespoke and bridal pieces. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, including loose diamonds, loose prongs, and missing pavé stones.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, misshapen or bent bands, cracked or missing stones, or chain breaks. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered. Our team of jewellers will assess your piece to determine the cause of the damage and provide guidance on the best course of action for repair.
If you experience any issues with your engagement ring or wedding band, please contact your bridal consultant for assistance with the repair process.
Please note that any work performed on our pieces by third-party jewellers or anyone outside of Andromeda Jewellery will void this warranty.
FINE JEWELLERY WARRANTY
We are committed to ensuring that your jewelry is delivered free of defects. We take every measure to guarantee that your pieces arrive in perfect condition. If your piece arrives with a defect, please contact us at info@andromedajewellery.com, so we can get this taken care of for you!
We stand behind the quality of our jewelries. Andromeda Jewellery offers a complimentary 2-year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within Canada. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, such as loose diamonds, loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps, and broken soft chains. Within the first year of purchase, we will correct any manufacturing or quality-related issues at no cost. After the first year, and up to 2 years from the date of delivery, we will gladly inspect your piece. If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect or a quality-related issue, we will repair it free of charge. For damage caused by normal wear and tear, a fee will be determined by our jewellers after assessment. Once the fee is determined, a representative from Andromeda Jewellery will contact you for payment. After 2 years from the date of delivery, we will continue to assist with repairs for a fee, plus tax and $20 shipping.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, misshapen or bent bands, cracked or missing stones, or chain breaks. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered. Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for warranty coverage or repair services at this time.
